Learning personalities are foundational to how each of us processes the world. As adults, these learning 'personalities' are key to how we relate to and teach others. This is why the idea of communication - (getting the next guy to actually hear what we've said and not what they think they heard us say) is such a big topic for discussion and often a point of controversy.
